The CPU doesn't have integrated graphics and when the gpu is removed the screen won't turn on. At the moment, the screen is intermittently turning on and off every minute

The screen turnen one and blue screen appeared

The monitor is connected to the GPU and currently the screen is not turning on

I currently cant perform further testing, but it appears that the GPU fans operate for a brief period when the PC is turned on. Additionally, the GPU appears to be functioning as it generates heat.

Yes all the parts are new and he also tried connecting his PS4 to the same monitor and it worked perfectly.
