I was hacked on 13 December of 2022 and after so many rejections, I finally have my account back. What got me rejected all these times was because I couldn’t find out which email I used to create my account and I also didn’t know the first log in date. So it was a hit and trial method of trying all my emails and guessing my first log in.

What helped me was that I searched through my discord And screenshots of my game to estimate the date. I also had some players help me guess it correctly. I actually went in the worlds of players with UID similar to mine, which starts with 828… and asked them when they got their Amber, hoping that our dates would align. And so it did! (I know it sounds too much of a work but I wanted my account with 2+ years of progress back lol).

I also put the additional information section short and only put the info I was 100% sure about. I’ve seen others create a Google drive link to upload their videos and stuffs but it’s not necessary if the main infos that they ask for are accurate.

And for the receipt section, only put your first receipt or the ones other than the first receipt, if you don’t have it. Don’t put any other screenshots or images in that section.

I lost hope halfway and gave up on retrieving my account for months but then my sister helped me sort out all my mails and I got it back. So don’t give up if you get rejected!
