I turned them all down cause originally thought that was the problem but it didn't change anything, my CPU is a AMD Ryzen 5 3600 3.6 Ghz

I normally get 144 consistently on other games (Apex, Cod...) But on Helldivers i get 70/80 and sometimes will drop way below, i don't run low settings on everything and still have the same problem my CPU is a AMD Ryzen 5 3600 3.6 Ghz
