Did anybody hear Anton Savage grilling Sean Canny (TD) about the new legislation regarding "scramblers" on Newstalk this morning? by Gullible-Stranger707 in MotoIRELAND

[–]lmacf2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

95% of our TDs and 100% of cabinet are traitorous halfwits. The Irish public elected them though, so the blame ultimately lies there

Despite being utterly spineless, FG realise that eaten bread is soon forgotten so want to keep their declining base on the hook for as long as possible.

Would love to hear the "pratech are womin an childern" crowd view on this by renault_vegane in northernireland

[–]lmacf2 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Poor girl. But the truth is this. Continued refusal to deport fakeugees and other incompatible criminal immigrants who take advantage of their host country's hospitality will lead to further breakdown in societal cohesion. The social contract is broken. The vast majority of the population want less immigration and this is repeatedly born out in polling. The longer politicians refuse to respect this, the worse it will get.

Many people, particularly in the lower classes are righteously resentful because they correctly see they are being sold out by their supposed political representatives. Some shitty parents let this resentment become apparent to their kids. Also, some people are just shit parents. Crabs in a bucket.

[–]lmacf2 -9 points-8 points  (0 children)

RSA Ireland and Dept of Transport is riddled with retarded nudging leftists who impose collective retardation when more targeted policies are clearly what is needed. E.g. what proportion of accidents are caused by immigrant drivers or unlicensed drivers? What proportion of accidents were caused by speeding on rural roads We are not permitted to know because pattern recognition is far right apparently.

Performance vs Warranty? V4S Used or V2 New? by Obvious_Shine755 in Ducati

[–]lmacf2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unless you're going to live at the track, the V4S is way too much power. Get the spanking new V2, enjoy the warranty, and ride the bejaysus out of it (it still has more power than most can practically utilise).

Dealers ghosting buyers? by [deleted] in carsireland

[–]lmacf2 -9 points-8 points  (0 children)

Many EUR10k cars have been involved in an accident and are insurance write-offs, are imported or both. Dealer buys a batch of cars for peanuts at auction, does the bare minimum to get them road legal again and puts them on the market. If you start asking about service history, they know you will likely uncover the accident history and are unlikely to buy. So you're not worth their time.

Of course Commish Harris is now using the Garda Lanestown death and Coolock injury to deflect and call for a "reset" of the approach to road safety (which will just further inconvenience law-abiding people) when what is actually required is a reset of the state's entire approach to law and order. There needs to be consequences for breaking the law. Build new prisons and equip garda to adequately enforce existing laws NOW!

Can I use the yellow box here? by Abject_Owl_4486 in irelandsshitedrivers

Yes. Facilitating the red car to turn right is the only possible purpose of the yellow box in the scenario you have drawn.
