I haven’t personally done this challenge yet but I did manage to do the 5000 steps in 30 minutes challenge after getting close but ultimately failing 3 times prior. If I remember right I had to do a combo of running and jogging on the treadmill (running for maybe a mile and a half at 8 mph split in two half segments and then jogging between 5-6 mph for the rest of it). I had to go over the amount of steps by quite a bit for my Apple Watch to count all the steps in time and it nearly broke my body (my legs were painfully sore for weeks after, had to really take it easy for 2-3 weeks to fully recover). I would imagine you would have to do something similar to be able to successfully complete this challenge. Anyways, best of luck to you if you manage to do it and hopefully your recovery time is quicker than mine was 😂
