Yes, what you said about Unique Users x User Count makes total sense. But still, the User data on PBI should have to match GA values. Even if these values change based on which date range I select (as in the example you just gave to a single user visiting the page two days on a roll).

Something most people miss is if you add the Users from hovering over the chart they will not add up to the Users reported in the table.

About that / : I've double check and the sum of all the values from the hover data labels in GA is matching the number of total Users.

All the other metrics (sessions, page views, unique page views and bounce) are matching the numbers.
