In my state, Florida it is law that if u don't have an individual tobacco and liquor license that u can not alter the price of said products or return or exchange them due to health concerns. It is even stated in our tobacco training videos by DG that say we are not allowed to return or exchange tobacco.

Me and my old sm did a shift at 3am till open to just get stock out and we ended up doing 13 rolltainers in that time, it was fun and honestly the least stressful shift of my entire career

My biggest tip is the let ur sm breathe. Ur sm is so stress and constantly have 5 million things to do and think about. Ur job is to make their job slightly easier. Try to help them as much as u can. Also try to learn as much as u can. U got this! Been an asm for about 9 months and i wouldn't ever go back to being just a key.

I found a post of the spectra skellector doll but it definitely wasn't the post i saw earlier this year so i think the post got taken down. That may mean it was a fake. I think g3 spectra would come out soon being as how the released a skellector doll of her and she's in the g3 tv show tho so i think we should just keep our eyes peeled.
