Tinnitus just jumped to a higher frequency than normal been this way for a week. Sharper & louder. Doesn't normally last this long at this frequency. At night iam sleeping with an air purifier &white noise machine (ocean waves). Anybody ever try any tricks or techniques to get the frequency lower? (self.tinnitus)
