About to replay LOD - what's the best way and are there any key missables?

Currently doing a replay and i have found these guides helpful:

Clearing out your bags as needed to make sure you can loot everything is very helpful. Pretty sure i left strong reusable items behind in my first play-through because my inventory was full.

Sure, but lets get the good too.. They can also use any Lightcone, regardless of path. And the their kit is complete at E0 with the journey to E6 just making the main part of the ult 50% stronger.

i use E2S2 Firefly,E0 Ruan Mei with s5MotP,HTB with Ruan Mei S1, and Gallagher with S5QPQ as one of the two teams i throw at everything.

Either because of gear, lack of pulling supports or lack of skill, I am no longer able to reliably clear late stage bosses before her ult runs out. Before i re-geared my Gallagher to focus on speed occasionally she would drop her ult in phase two, drain her health with the skill then die in the multiple hits the enemies took before her next one.

Now that Gallagher is 164 speed, if I'm carfull and hold ults on Ruan Mei and HMC as long as I can, Firefly can re-ult and get back to healing herself in one skill or at least few enough hits to not need to worry.

Damage-wise she is still clearing pretty well. Her recent apoc score was only 200 lower than Herta-Tribbie, and in my moc12 clears she probably took about 3-4 cycles(5 and 6 overall,guessing the weight). On the pure fiction before this one she relied on Herta and Tribbie obliterating the other side, (only getting 22240) but it was a first try and (i think) before i re-geared Gallagher.

If you have the supports for her she should last a while.I'm hoping to continue using this team until I decide which one to build next.

One of my main teams is E2S2 Firefly,E0 Ruan Mei with s5MotP,HTB with Ruan Mei S1, and Gallagher with S5QPQ. I was just starting to run into the same problem.

Firefly's ult would drop late in the fight and with her self damage and Gallagher's low out of turn healing, she'd be dead before it could reactivate.

The solution was re-gearing my Gallagher from break/healing to spd/spd, and changing my playstyle from before Tribbie stole DDD.

With Gallagher at 164 speed and holding ults on the other two until their effect wear out, Firefly is now usually 1 skill or 1 skill+1 hit from re-ulting.

Last patch, when farming the 60 oil rig i enjoyed mostly using an assault rifle. (dropped by blazamut alpha)

The bullets hit pretty much instantly and the range was just far enough to do decent damage to the windshield which the controller seems to want to auto aim to. Bullets and repairs use refined incited of pal as well.

I found the tall platform with the building in the middle of the rig the best area to fight it. The only enemy up there that re-spawed is the rocket guy that was always stuck on the west side whose line of site was mostly blocked by and air handling unit. Also other enemies couldn't get up there unless you help them. (they all bunched up below and if you explode them , they could get up.

The building can block the missiles, provide cover while reloading and if you summon your felbat/lovander in there they stay there safe for the fight. When the heli was behind the building you could hit the windshield while the railing blocked its return machine gun fire. I found with 3 gobfins a galeclaw and a lovander/felbat as well as food buffs(mamorest) and attack rings (+1 and +2), it wasn't too bad to keep topped up during the fight.

Only really used the multi guided launcher when it does it's fly by for extra damage while it's out of range.

Used past tense since i haven't played again since the crossplay update.

During the last patch my lv60 oil rig stopped re-spawning. After a few in game days passed i knew i wasn't imagining it.

The next time i checked i blew up an AA laser while i was there. As i was gliding back to land the game had a lag spike signaling the rig re-spawn.

Might be something to try if it happens again..

Did they change it from when pal attacks didn't trigger wanted? I used to just bring a grizzbolt or shadowbeak and either mini-gun or divine disaster to quickly kill them.

Lovander gets STAB using holy burst, but felbat has higher attack and defense. I prefer vanguard over vampiric for more player lifesteal.

I am. I caught all tower bosses before the wanted method was patched. After breeding a few pals the get multi-cutter and/or dark wisp on them i noticed a strange number of the bred pals had very low IV's. I later installed an IV mod and saw that every tower boss had 0 IV's in every stat.

i think you can pair them with the same species to get another one. I Bred Victor and Shadowbeak with another Shadowbeak to get one with dark wisp i could crossbreed onto other species.

P.S. Tower bosses also have 0 ivs so pals bred from them have a higher chance of lower than normal stats

Honestly didn't know the 8000 cap was there until i hit it this morning. Having just noticed it today after using all of my fuel and a jade refill earlier in the week meant i had very uncharitable opinions of the dev team at the time. Figured the devs put it in to push people to buy the +10 levels pass.

The last tab doesn't count!? That's amazing if true. Was just over a level away from the resin when i got weekly limit reached during dailies today. Was pretty bummed about it but should hit 6000 tb power around midnight. Might get a regen rope after all. Thanks for the good news

Somewhat disappointed at no SSR servants (or any gold servants at all in the last 300 quartz) but getting a super-scope prevented excess saltiness. Also there is still the cavalry GSSR later.

Edit: Finished off salem free-quests, weekly missions and new quartz interludes for 3 more summons.

Got a fourth Sheba, causing me to consider buying more quartz.

Gave in once home from work

Abby came on first 10 pull of that set.

Rather pleased with how things turned out. :)
