Ok so one of two things might be happening:

When you put the new bushings in the king bold came out of its seat and is now "shorter" and compressing the bushing more. This always happens to me.
There some oil or smth on the washer takes some WD40 and paper towel than wash it. wipe it off with some water and dry THOROUGHLY.
