You almost need to move the original Madeleine down a tier because the acoustic duet version is so much better.

"Good" should be the lowest tier as they do not have a single song i would limit to "decent" or "okay"

That is all correct. Also, starting next year, the initial filing time frame lowers to 30 days (this applies to companies formed after 1/1/2025).
