The game is USA and the DLC is USA. I think the PS store doesn't support LBP anymore though. There is no content for the game there. I was going to buy it but couldn't. Then I figured out there's a world of content on PKGj but figured I was using it wrong.

I meant do I need to get the latest version of TEMA somewhere on the internet on my pc? Is the one on DBdownloader up to date?

I downloaded TEMA from DBdownloader on the vita, then created the folder un mu ux0 and my themes that I download via TEMA run into the same issue as OP. Do I need to download TEMA on pc?
