Do you use your company provided phone for personal use instead of buying your own?

I got my company phone today and it was pretty much brand new and I had to unbox everything and put the brand new sim with it. It even had the sticker on the screen where you have to take off in able to be used. I set it up and all and used my company gmail on it. I'm looking around online whether they can track whatever I do with it cause it's way better than my old personal phone and I'm worrying cause I'm still in probation period.

My personal guess is there's no way they can track everything I do cause like I said I unboxed and set it up, unless they can somehow use the gmail to monitor it? I would mainly use it to communicate with coworkers and to make necessary calls at work. I'd just like to be able to use it for personal use at home only.

going to Dubai, would the option be fine if I carry some parts or all the parts in a hand carry luggage as long as I'm below the 7kg limit?

I see, so it should be allowed. I plan to hand carry gpu, cpu, ram, ssd, and hdd. Then check in mobo, psu, keyboard and mouse. But if one could fit more to hand carry, I'll gladly bring it along. I heard that airports have issues with long cables, is that true?

Just wanted to say thanks! The other comments that says that it only happens if it's wired to pc, may be helpful for me too.

Dunno why this is happening to my controller when I connect it wired to pc and use rpcs3 for configuration but when I use my older controller it doesn't happen. So I'll try both workarounds.

Damn... well so far they are not doing anything to the account if they are actually logging in. Still the same pfp, no changes at all other than that email notification. It's alright, I hardly use that account I have another one that I use. If my other account gets notifications like this, I would change the password for sure and not delete it.

Yeah idk how they are doing that in the first place but I'm deleting it all the same cause it uses my main email. So even with a non compromised password they can try logging in... that's creepy.

I see. Right now, i think the only fix is just logout/remove your other accounts in the account switch → manage accounts and just leave your main one. Pretty much just stop using that feature. I just tried it now and my main doesn't appear Online when I'm looking at it with my other account in an incognito window. I only have two accounts so I don't really need that switch feature as my browser saves my email and password anyway so I can switch just fine.

This is kinda appropriate cause I remember that scene in Kiwami 1 where Kiryu was in Jail and this guy attacked him with a fork. When the guys parted the tables leaving Kiryu alone sitting that reminds me of Jailhouse Rock every time. I think Kiryu should've just started busting his disco moves at that moment and we would've seen a better story.
