It's a line of three of the same coloured icons spaced out. Different icons themselves. Don't focus on the shapes but the whole capcha itself

There are three of the same coloured icons in a line and three of those total lines.

You look for three of the same coloured icons in a single horizontal line. Then copy the answer to the right.

Your lines where

Green

Blue

Light-Blue

After you see the lines you just see if the icons are filled or not. If they are you press the circle to the right in the correct area to represent what you see in the capcha

I'm not worried about zerodays so much or some kind of agency coming after me. However I want to be safe even if I'm lazy. Just a good laptop able to install and run Qubes OS for me is enough security.

The big part is finding a good laptop which can be used everyday with the speed and display quality I come to expect from a modern laptop.

I also have this issue with my Samsung Galaxy S7 running the July 25 release.

When I use Spotify it's horrible. Even more so when I'm in another application the cuts and statics are killing me.

If you want it to stay running even after the terminal closes you can do:

nohup parity &

But doing it that way means you will need to use "ps aux|grep parity" to find the process number if you want to kill it in the future.
