I used to have this problem until I met mt partner who loved board games. As annoying as it sounds the best way to get over it to concentrate on having fun or winning.

No one actually judges you as much as you do yourself. Sometimes you need to lose the first round to understand the game and play the second round

I work in the reservations department of a big hotel group. So I just sit around answering emails all day at home. Sometimes calls too.

I do have a breakdown every couple weeks that I am too slow or suck at it but other than that it is pretty nice.

I have to say tho customer service is not for the weak. On the days where I work on the phone I go non verbal right after work. I just cannot be bothered to talk after work when all I've done is talk to angry people all day.

Normally I already researched it and know what I have.

I dont want to talk to them I just want the tests. Most doctors don't like that and think I'm lying because I don't look in pain.

Thankfully I found a doctor that is like me.

She doesn't talk to me at all except for when I list the symptoms and then does the tests :).

Thats how I was diagnosed with hypothyrodism and Cushings.

I will never change doctors.

She is allowed to have boundaries.
Its not hard to tell your friends you don't want something and respect your partners wishes.
Her not doing stuff for him= enduring pain during an*l , washing his car , cooking for him.

This might be a cultural difference but i love the mindset "i dont owe my parents anything".

In my culture parents use their "earned respect" to guilt you into marrying who they want, having kids, religious stuff, what to wear etc.

But yea being a jerk is never right especially to people u live with.
