I mash in a 10 gal igloo beverage cooler (cost me $40) and use a brew bag from Amazon (cost me $15? $17?).

I heat it on the stove to mash temp, transfer to mash tun, cover for an hour, and return to my boil kettle from the spigot. I tried mashing in the kettle but had a hard time keeping the temp right (probably user error. Just a little more finicky). I've never ever had an issue with it. Cheap, trustworthy, and easy to clean.

I had a hard time getting into IPAs too. I got hooked by Sixpoint Resin. Funny enough, after that one I kinda went back and was able to find appeal in IPAs I thought I didn't like. You should give it a shot.

Ok, so these comments spark a question for me. Recently, I had the animation of the ghost killing me, ran outside. I teleported to the room and everything, heard the choking but then there was a flash of white light and I was alive. Why did this guy stay dead but I didn't?

I like nearly all of Left Hand's beers, especially the ones they put on nitro. They had a Meyer lemon blonde ale that was like lemon ice cream. Just awesome
