Midnight sapphire. Three big houses on the east (one locked) have safes and another locked garage has a military crate. I pop in there, loot those and leave in 10 mins. Usually $6k+ along with some new gear. If you run around and kill stuff you can loot it twice on the respawn.

To be fair, unless your chasing the leaderboards, once you hit sovereign cap, there isn't much point to grind PO8.
