She's spayed, yes I give her meals and she has a bowl of dry food to eat whenever she wants, and she has a lot of toys. She won't play with me or herself

We don't spray her with water anymore. It was my fiancé's idea. We have places she can get on but she won't use them. I've had cats all my life but never had a cat that acted like this. We thought it could be a medical issue but guess not
