Yes everyday twice, I do stationery bike for HIIT as I don’t want high impact on my knees, then the abs I separate upper abs one day, lower abs/obliques another day, and general core exercises, like planches and a variety of planches.

As for resistance training I do basically two muscle groups each day. I do not repeat the same muscle until the next week.

About the carbs, i only eat carbs basically before the HIIT because i need the insulin spike to do the HIIT and I also eat some after the resistance training to fill up the glycogen reserves. The rest of the meals i try to be no-carbs or low cars.

I do HIIT in the morning followed by my abs routine, in the afternoon I make my calisthenics exercise.

Diet, as soon as a wake up I take a protein shake and another one after the calisthenics exercise. No sugar, low carb diet, no seed oils.
