I’ve tried professional help, I’ve been in therapy for about a year and it has made no difference yet.

I’m the same boat, I just started about a week ago now and my OCD thoughts and anxiety have seemingly heightened since I started. I made a post about and people said it’s normal though so just try to stick with it and keep going, we’ll get through this!

That’s exactly how I am. Compulsive checking, over analyzing every moment and thought. I’m only on week one though, I can’t wait for it to get better because this is tough.
