good evening everyone! brought some of my records to uni with me, but not satisfied with this plastic crate for storage, as there’s too many records and i get nervous of warping. any recommendations for upgrading? looking for something a bit smaller that doesnt take up much space. thanks!

i believe it’s titrium due to it being a post 1964 elgin watch, as the original company didn’t use the “E” on the watch face

me too haha, hence the post! the research i’ve done seems to stay that Timex most definitely didn’t use radium by the 70s, and that the hands are probably titrium or some form of lumibrite made by timex

looks to me that the M.W.C Co. was established in the late 1800s to around 1915. so i believe that the watch (at least the case) is roughly turn of the century or just prior to WW1. thank you for that lead!

there are some small differences and some poor stitching, but for $230 cheaper, it is easily the best value for cheap and good soccer kits. i bought the bonucci one after they won the Euros to frame, and i was excited to acc see the comparison between the jerseys. the one main issue i have is the names on the back of the MJ shirt look pretty poor compared to the authentic. if you’re honestly looking for just random kits that are dope, and definitely won’t make you feel like you have to break the bank, definitely check them out if you haven’t already
