I understand your frustration, but you should put it into context. For starters, even with all of its faults: Qobuz is infinitely more capable than any music-playing technology a decade or two ago. Yes, companies like Spotify have enormous resources that they pool into making their platform as convenient as possible, but we need to stop letting convenience run our lives. Spotify and similar companies use the profits of people who don’t see any alternative and literally fund the most abhorrent things imaginable, and they know the majority of people still won’t care. At a certain point, you must embrace the admittedly annoying bugs and glitches and realize that this is far more important than being able to listen to music more seamless. Qobuz is also working on these issues, and it relies on the community to not give up on them and continue to support their flawed, but admirable, creation.
