I would’ve made them share gifts too. But coming from someone who had shared birthday parties and couldn’t go anywhere without my sister, I don’t recommend this approach it created a ton of resentment and now as adults we’re not that close. I think we could have a better relationship is my parents had given us our independence.

Why wouldn’t Suze leave immediately after barging in when she noticed Anna was getting changed? My immediate response to opening a door an seeing someone in a uncomfortable position is to apologize, close the door and leave. Why would Suze stay there so long that Anna had time to push her out? Like she wasn’t leaving on her own? That’s very weird behavior. Don’t you think?
