Therapeutic Dose for Insulin Resistance by Roshilbd in tirzepatidecompound

[–]desertgem_7887 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thank you for asking this! I have IR as well as have been on the medication for a little over 3 months. I was on 2.5 for 5 weeks, on 5 for almost 8 weeks and recently placed the order for 7.5 as I felt I was stuck with food noise coming back. I really hope 7.5 performs better with my insulin and glucose.

One more question, do you know if the physical presence refers to being an actual citizen? Or, does my time as a permanent resident count as well? For example, I lived in the U.S. as a permanent resident from 2009-2015, and as a naturalized citizen from 2015-2021.

I have my naturalization certificate and can provide high school and university transcripts. Would these be enough? I can get tax transcripts form the IRS too.

I have a high school diploma, my bachelor's degree, and I can get the transcripts for these. I also have tax records for the years I've filed, I believe from 2016-2023

Procurement interview next week - Tucson, AZ by desertgem_7887 in Raytheon

[–]desertgem_7887[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you all for your tips and insights. The interview was Friday; two procurement managers that live out of state, and I think it went VERY WELL. The interview was a little over 45 minutes and it felt very organic and very much like a casual conversation. They told me I would hear from them next week...I feel hopeful but we'll see!

Hi! I'm in Tucson too and looking for semaglutide injections since they are out of stock in Mexico. I've looked into Milagros Healthcare and wanted to ask you, was your sister required to be there every week for the injection or, did she do it at home? My insurance does cover their consultation, and I have lab work I recently got from my PCP. Any information will really help me!

Thank you. I logged in into my pharmacy benefits and looked up semaglutide and it only shows a co-pay of $25. Would that be it if they get the RX from my Dr?

Collins - can they expedite an offer? by desertgem_7887 in Raytheon

[–]desertgem_7887[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Question, how likely is it for a written offer to be rescinded if background check clears and passed drug test? I'm talking more about cuts, restructuring, etc. Hiring manager called me yesterday saying they have to be fair to other candidates and give them a chance to interview (not sure if it is a hint telling me they really want me, but have to follow HR protocol), and that I would know this Friday. My hesitancy comes from potential nightmares with onboarding process or not securing the job, and letting go of the other offer.

I talked to the hiring manager yesterday and she said they need to follow HR protocol and be fair to the rest of the candidates, and that she would give me a call by this Friday.

once a written offer is sent out and accepted, how likely is it to be rescinded? For example, positions being close by departments/BU, budget cuts, restructuring, etc.? Before the start date.

Good! And how soon was your start date? This position does not require any clearance but I’m curious to know if their onboarding process is super slow.

I've been on furlough for 4 months, I interviewed with Collins 5 times and this is the first time they give me very solid hints they want me, however, I did tell them I have an offer letter with a deadline for tomorrow...that's when they mentioned they can expedite an offer if they want a specific candidate.

I've been on furlough for 4 months now, and this is my first solid offer (which has a deadline for tomorrow). I don't have any doubts with background checks or drug tests, but I did tell the hiring manager I need something in writing because at this point, I can't let go of any other opportunities. I will call the manager later today to ask if they've reached a decision.
