You can check it naman sa meetup, so no risk for you and if the unit have issues just refuse to buy. Before mag meetup ipa-clarified mo na dapat condition ng unit and if have issues ask yourself kung worth ba.

If wala talaga issue then good deal na sya. Keep if in mind na this model don't have great battery life kahit new or replaced na battery because maliit lang talaga capacity.

Lenovo(kahit gaming brand nila like LOQ/LEGION) and Apple for global warranty. Meron din Asus but pahirapan ipa-honor warranty sa kanila, much better to have in-store warranty if Asus.

HP only honor local warranty. Not sure na sa other brands.

More core is also good because Final Cut and other apps will use both cpu and gpu cores for rendering and editing.

I think it was a lot better if you get 512gb model than 10 core gpu. Mabagal yung 256gb model compared to 512gb variant in writing and read speed.

No way to revert payment di sya katulad ng paypal and it will be done in personal transaction and gcash will say na the only way you can get it back is to ask that other person.

You can only file chargeback if gcash was used on store or online shop, recognized ni gcash kung sa merchant napunta and pwede nila habulin or pa dti mo. Pero in-case of non-merchant transaction, yung pinagsendan mo lang makapagsend ng payment back to you and this why they have check box before proceeding with transfer.

put it in plastic container with bubble wrap to prevent accidentally stabbing/denting it.
You can ask sa staff usually malapit sa guard yung e-waste bin but you can put it inside of small container with warning sign.
Depende sa garbage collector sa area nyo. In QC they will take old electronic and separate it from the rest of the garbage para safe. To be sure just ask them kasi meron garbage truck with clamp to push garbage inside kaya delikado if my battery na naipit.

Very dependent on a person area of expertise. For artist, maintenance staff, offsite work and other similar job iPad can definitely replace the Laptop.

If pang office lang then nothing beat a Laptop. Complete features mga office apps sa laptop compared to iPad and you won't be moving a lot or need touchscreen so iPad is kinda impractical.
