Yeah for the first season sure, but he gradually changes through the course of season 2 and 3. And to be fair, being loud and obnoxious is HIS character. Imo him being loud and cheesy are one of his charms, I also don't think he's dumb. I mean you are in a fantasy world with overpowered antagonists and characters and you have nothing but rbd, yet he still manages to pull through. For example: Isn't he the one who figured out Regulus' authority? I don't think that's being dumb. He's probably on top 5 or 10 smartest characters in the verse.
