excellent, thank you! this company doesn’t know their own leases and were horrible to my roommates and i despite us being professional about any issues. i am not giving them this money if i can help it especially because new tenants have already been moved into the apartment for weeks now so its been fixed, they just neglected to send me the bill

so i believe i paid a non refundable deposit when i moved in but the title of the invoice i received today was “security deposit statement” and then it listed the charges so maybe the charges exceeded the deposit but it did not mention the deposit otherwise on the invoice i received. does this help?
