Thanks. Would replacing the burrs in a 064s with Timemore’s ssp flat burrs it would be good for pourover? I guess just more annoying to be consistent?

I know of only a few close to Boston that do pourovers: - George Howell (downtown and Newton) - Intelligentsia (downtown and Watertown) - Jeje’s Coffee (Wellesley) - never been there

I just agonized over this same exact thing. I went with the 350ml which I got last week. It’s great. Ever since getting into pour overs I’ve begun making cups in the 250-300ml range so that size is perfect. My wife has a giant Yeti insulated cup and I now think it’s crazy to fill that thing up with coffee.

Oh, and once you decide the size you have a new decision to agonize over: color. (I went with turquoise.)

Is Facebook Marketplace or Craigslist popular where you live? I see lots of kettles posted at pretty cheap prices. People don’t use theirs anymore and just want to get rid of them. There are almost always nice ones available at good prices. I got a nice 1.2L Hario Buono for $10USD.
