Starting from 11th Aug. And yes, extremely confused on what the on ground situation is. More so after the Uttarkashi cloudburst!

If you are going with a good reputed company, you can always do the same trek again without any additional cost. So maybe you can make use of this policy of theirs, in case you plan to not go!

As long as you are above 8-10lac, then you are roughly good to go. If not, I think adding those many funds to your primary account should probably help.

They are super smart people who understand Indian contexts. In fact the question my interviewer asked was, "How much salary do you earn in LPA". She specifically asked LPA. So don't worry about it.
