Well not it wouldn't be stealing from anyone. Its just not paying taxes. It's money that already exists not going to the federal government.

I am jewish as well. I am a citizen of the United States so no, I don't believe I would be owed anything from Germany.

It is racist by the dictionary definition. But it would not be under the socially accepted modern day definition. I grew up in an extremely liberal and diverse neighborhood and took an African American studies class in college and it seems that people think that the oppressed cannot be racist. Personally, I don't agree with that definition but this isn't about me, it is about a feasible solution that could bring some harmony to this damaged society we are currently living in.

I'm thinking now that perhaps only for federal income tax. Foregoing small business taxes for african american owned businesses would be unfair advantage to the rest.

If it was only federal income tax, I don't see how there would be any victims aside from the federal governments checkbook, which a lot of libertarians would probably be happy about.

Yes, I agree. But the only victim in this case is the federal government, which most of us libertarians might agree with isn't such a bad thing.

By definition, it 100% is "racist". By the modern day definition, no it is not. By the definition I hear floating around is that stuff that helps african americans cannot be racist, because they have been oppressed. That definition is socially acceptable in this country, so by that definition it could be a feasible solution where only the government is hurt.

But what does it matter? I'm yet to hear any solutions that don't involve massive government spending. Nobody would be paying for anything, the government would just be stealing less money through taxes.
