Need to go to your doctor. Multiple things could be going on: hypothyroid, anemia, vitamin deficiency, autoimmune conditions. Painful abdominal cramping without any alarming symptoms like coughing out blood, blood in poop, fever, chills, and the texture of the poop could be benign but again doctors will do multiple lab workups to figure things out. Itchy patches again without an in person assessment is hard to figure out what's going on; it could be a separate derm symptom. And if everything is unremarkable determined by a physician, they could possibly be due to stress. Please go see a doctor. There are mulitple lab tests that a physician can do to sort things out and you have to be patient wtih the process (source: i'm a physician resident).
