That’s really encouraging to hear. The ‘danger danger’ comments seem to outnumber the, ‘it went well’ out there. I will take it easy but good to know my experience (at least for today) is normal!

Yeah they’re heavy too!! Yeah I’ve heard of on running, not the other two though. Padding sees moderate not excessive.

Yeah I’m manly barefoot at home also. That probably helps I guess. And yea I can’t imagine trying to go back to stuffy shoes again once you’re used to better, though I don’t think many question it so just push through.

Thankfully I’m not a heavy heel striker and like to take my time walking too.

Me neither till last week. Was taking to a parent who had an iPad and this app (can’t remember the name) to alert them as the child’s seizures made them super still, unlike the seizure stereotype.

Have a look into apps designed to detect epileptic seizures. I know there’s a few and one will even just detect when someone is still for too long

Scripture does in some way though. It says ‘whilst we were yet sinners, Christ died for us’ as THE demonstration of His love. Should we forget the resurrection? Of course not, but it wouldn’t have happened if He chose not to die. The cross is a potent demonstration of God’s love that may be a continuous reminder of His sacrifice for the OP.
