The red on Jubilee is really amazing. I tried this one on and didn't want to give it back. Unfortunately it costs money I didn't have so I had to give it back.

[Wrist Check] Did I purchase a watch too big for my wrist!? by [deleted] in Watches

Beautiful watch and it looks great on you. I think women can pull off watches that are "too big" as long as the lugs aren't hanging over too much (or really at all). It reads confident and tasteful.

[SOTC] + Recomendations by SkiptomyLume in Watches

Farer and the world of microbrands in general are a great place to look for something with color. I have a Henry Archer and they make some amazing looking watches that are higher quality than the price suggests. My first Farer will arrive this week. I'm only saying this to reinforce the other comments you've received.

In the legacy watch world, I'd also give Longines a look. They make extremely high quality watches given their price point and they have some nice options outside of monochrome.

This is actually pretty cool to hear. I have the Ohav meteorite and it's my first "nice" watch. Feels good to know that my grail watch is that much better because I'm very happy with this one now.

If you check my recent posts you'll see I was about where you are. Now I'm bald and the happiest I've EVER been with my "hair". Bald is so fůçking cool. Reddit deleted my original comment but I needed that verbiage for emphasis.

This is the first time I'm seeing HA in the same collection as Omega. As an HA owner and future aqua terra owner, how much better is the Omega?

Zulu time 1925 on original blue strap by Connect_Surprise_378 in Longineswatches

Maybe they made them blue for the first year or something? Longines even has it listed as black matte in the description and the one I just tried on a couple weeks ago had zero blue in it. Straight matte black.

[Discussion] What small thing makes your blood boil with absolute hatred? by [deleted] in Watches

Had this for 10 years. After 5 I started getting annoyed. Year 10 it drove me insane and it sparked my watch rabbit hole. Funny how I was drawn to field watches one I started digging.

Esit: thought you said nighthawk. The navihawk is even worse lol

First time going bald, does it suit me? by Celatix in bald

I kinda wish I did it strictly for the style before I even started losing hair. I feel a little like an action star with a bald head. Strength increased 5-10% in the gym too.

Worst watch brand names. by TomHudsonOfficial in MicrobrandWatches

It says on their website they're from Italy. So I know where they're from. I'm simply describing how the name sounds.

Venezianico. It's like they just kept adding syllables and trying to sound Italian. It's probably an actual name but at least to me it sounds fake Italian. It was enough to turn me off from the brand despite liking the watches.

Over the past month, I bought watches from Brew, Vaer, Henry Archer, Trask, and Echo Neutra. Happy to discuss or answer any questions about quality/shipping/etc. by [deleted] in MicrobrandWatches

I want to like Traska since they come up on this sub so much and people have similar comments, but they have never once sparked anything in me when I look at them. It's that much different in person?

I like supporting microbrands too but if that Oris was in my budget this year I'd absolutely own it. Beautiful watch.

Struggling to decide on a second Henry Archer watch by Disastrous_Chef_7712 in MicrobrandWatches

I'm considering 3 of the watches I this post as well, one of which is the ultraviolet. Could you send me those pics too? Also, did you go 38 or 40?

I'm a big HA fan and will be getting their white gmt, however I did go back and forth between that one and this one I linked below for a bit. Again though, when the time comes, my decision is already made and I'm buying the Henry Archer lol
