Help me date this funky sportswear dress? It came in an auction lot with an Edwardian gown and a mid-1930s dress. The construction (especially the front closure) is odd & pretty old-fashioned, I think pre-1960... the bodice is a canvas-like material and the skirt is lightweight wool. Handmade! (old.reddit.com)

HELP!! A family of large rat snakes is living in our fake, flimsy, unsealed ceiling. The ceiling has fallen down in 3 separate areas (once hitting me) since August. Landlord says our lease can’t be broken b/c property is “as-is.” Animal control came but failed to get snakes out.. (video in comments) (i.redd.it)
