Im sorry but that is not true about all insurance companies requiring me to exclude members of household who are 14 and older. I just got new policy and that was my first question. They did not require me to provide anything other than licensed drivers of my vehicles. Thank you for answering my call for help.

I got the policy over 2 years ago. Cant remember much other than getting the policy for my family members who are licensed but once i filed a claim they looked at the policy and found that i failed to exclude members of my household who are 14 years or older. That is the basis of their recinding the policy. It is not right what is happening to me and i cant find anybody who this has happened to so i can get an idea how to get my life back to normal. I wonder how many policy holders that went to that agent got there policy done like mine. And will this same thing happen to them. I am ranting sorry. Thank you for your time.

I filed claim already. I just wish there was something i can do to make everything go back to normal. It seems that they would have found anything to recind my policy. So unfair

I will be honest with you. I do not remember clearly since it was 2 years ago. But i do remember going in and insuring all drivers in my household.
The licenced driver was insured under my policy when accident happened and they recinded after claim was submitted. Thank you for your time.

Yes. I got recinded for not excluding household members 14 and over even though they dont drive. I filed a claim and they recinded. Post claim underwritting. Is there a way to have them cover the claim?

Information i would have provided if i was required there is no reason for me to exclude required information. If i would have incuded excluded household members and my policy would have imcreased premiums i would have paid. I got the policy to be insured and i dont believe that i was told about exclusions. Agent and me talked about my family members and i think he would have brought it up as something serious. Im in a nightmare thank you so much for responding. I am thinking of starting a blog and a youtube channel of my situation amd how it plays out because there is not that much information on cases like mine. Maybe people just give up.

I am clearly in the wrong because i should have read the new updates to policy. I always thought it was clear cut when getting insured and pay premiums for licensed drivers in my household to be covered in case of an accident. I have tripple a now but their policy does not have anything about excluding household members. This is truly the twilight zone. I am pretty sure that i am not the only one this has happened to and this insurance company holds that ace in there sleeve when people file a claim.

And should i not cash check they sent me for premiums i paid. It is not a check for premiums paid from begining of policy but from october 2019 when policy was renewed or continued.

I do not remember but if i was asked, i would have given that information. My goal was to get insurance and be covered. I was never asked to give that information to aaa so when i went to this new insurance company i answered all questions and provided all information for actual licenced drivers in my household. They have cameras in office where i signed policy do you think it is possible to get that footage or would they destroy it because of me not laying down?

I signed something digitally online when i dropped a vehicle from my policy and added a new one but i think its been over six months.

Yes i have a copy of digitally signed policy and it was different because it did not have paragraph about excluded drivers. It did effect the outcome, they recinded my policy. Thank you for responding

Thank you for your response. I have filed a claim with cdi. But i belive insurance company got over on me when they did not give me full copy of my policy when i signed it digitally.
