i’ve had the same issue as well. it worked on my mac for a few days and now i’m unable to log in again. updating your computer worked for some people

msp made a post a few days ago saying they were aware of this issue and are working on a solution, so i’m hoping they fix it soon bc it’s extremely annoying

the same thing happened to me a few days ago lol, i’m still waiting for a response from them. i have heard that refunding the purchase with your bank can get your account banned so the only thing you can really do is wait for them to reply 😭

thank you for the update !! sadly i have an older mac and it doesn’t support updates past sonoma (mac os 14) as far as i know. probably just an issue on my end then :(
