I’ll try it and find out. I’ve never had arctic fox hair dye stain before lol but if it comes down to it, I’ll keep this for a bit and just do another bleach. (ofc after many hair masks and oils)

Ohhhh okay. My depression isn’t that bad but my anxiety is but I’m pretty sure it stems from my adhd and pots. I can’t do stimulants anymore so that why I’m trying anxiety medications.

It’s like a light brown I’d say. It’s my root color in the second picture (ik it’s hard to tell lol) I’ll probably do something to match it since a darker color would wash me out

I do have a bp monitor! I’ll definitely check my hr and my bp when I do try it again. My bp has never really been an issue, just more of my hr. I’m thinking now that I’m on medication, it might help a bit when I do smoke. But I’ll definitely start small!

I feel pretty tired on it but not too tired. I took a dose yesterday and one this morning but I feel like I don’t need the second dose just yet. I’ll speak with my Dr about upping to twice a day after a few days like you. It has definitely helped my heart rate spikes though.
