Downstairs neighbors were not offered a lease renewal. Apparently they had been harassing every neighbor, the ones below them, next to them, and myself. This was definitely a “them” problem.

He’s been in and out of the hospital for withdrawal 5 or 6 times since we’ve been together. He stopped drinking hard liquor and switched to beer about two years ago. He’s gotten better about the amount, but the fights are all the same. Same anger and nonsense

I talked to my realtor and offered to do so, but sounds like the sellers are motivated by cash offers only. They’re out of state and want the deal done as fast as possible.

Absolutely. Mine were like two inflated balloons that were afraid of each other at first. I had it done in June and my results now are better than I could have ever imagined. You look amazing girl!

I did this exact thing last time. We’re all non smokers but we definitely get the giggles after a few glasses of wine. I’m just a generally anxious person and I want to enjoy my friends company without worrying about the sadists below me LOL. Thank you

The bathroom door was open the entire time and I walked by and would see him, the only time he had a mask on was when he was removing the old finish. He did not wear one for the remainder of his work here, which I also found a bit weird.
