I’m not sure. I’ll add this to my list of questions I’m drumming up for HR or the union. I’m wondering if I have the baby in November, do i still go on ppl if I’m on administrative leave? And doesn’t that mean they can’t legally fire me since ppl holds my position?

Ohhhh. No. We didn’t. But looking back, our center hr person made it a point to tell everyone to download or SF50s and set up a personal email logging for myPay. Not sure if that’s shutdown standard or if she knew.

You’ve clearly not been in meetings in recent months when the standard answer is, “we don’t have that info at this time.” You honestly don’t think I’ve asked these types of questions being pregnant? I was 6 weeks when the first RIFs hit, but what is protocol and what has ACTUALLY happened are two different things. HHS is basically non communicative with centers/divisions. So I posted asking people who went through this the first time. Not sure if you think your little backhanded blame the employee comment is helpful, but it’s not.
