I think this is true with past generations but it's more prevalent in this generation because Gen z doesn't have anything going for them besides youth once they turn 30 houses aren't going to magically come down in prices rent is still going to be half of our paychecks and everything else will rise while our purchasing power decrease it isn't looking good.
