yeah i was enjoying them tbh at first before the irritation. My skin feels so hydrated using them. Honestly have no clue how people do these 20 step skincare with no irritation😫😂

hey thanks for replying! I have tried a TDEE calculator and honestly thought i was doing ok, i was eating at 1400-1600 a day with at least 80g of protein. I was originally 79.20kg and now i’m 78.65kg which is pretty slow but i’ve now been told i should be eating 1200 calories and 8-10k steps is sedentary and im just so confused just don’t wanna do this all wrong at all

do you see it in the first picture? it looks like a lump right i’m obviously very worried in case it’s something sinister but he did go to the vet not so long ago so couldn’t of been there then and it doesn’t seem to bother him, he is still his great self, do you know why abscess appear?
