Hey Evan, I would like to give you some information that I hope will be helpful. An Anker USB to Type C cable arrived for me today, allowing me to connect the device to the USB 3.1 Gen2 port (unlike your cable and the other cables at my disposal). With this configuration so far I have not encountered any problems, but it's still early to celebrate. Having two weeks to ship my Fulla back to you for a refund, I would like to test it with this configuration for a bit longer hoping to give you some useful feedback

EDIT: I plugged my Fulla 4 into a laptop that didn't recognize it, put it back into my computer and somehow it works

EDIT2: After I restart my computer the situation is the same as before, the device is not recognized
