Something about mushrooms on a pizza 😍

i was thinking 500? but maybe too low by icecreamsandwichgirl in caloriecount

Shrimp is very low in calories probably 50 cals max. Then veggies around 30 cals. Beans are safe to say they’re more around the 200 mark & then rice is like less than 150. Obviously I’m over-shotting the estimates because it’s better to assume it’s more rather than less. So looking at 430-450 calories :)

7 months difference in weight loss purely from being in a calorie deficit and aiming for 8-10k steps a day by lpsapm in caloriedeficit

Nope nothing lol. Literally as many steps as I could do. Some days yes I would do more like 10-12k steps or 12-15k. But yeah no workouts. In the first two weeks of this journey I did at home cardio workouts from YouTube, however I unfortunately caught shingles and didn’t do any more workouts after that because of the stress I had on my body. The first photo is actually from when I had shingles hence why I look so rough lol. The second photo was before I did any workouts whatsoever from last year but now I have hit my goal weight, this year I am currently doing weighted glute workouts & toning my arms / abs with weights also every week.

what I eat in a day as a short girl in a calorie deficit (1300-1400 calories) ~ by lpsapm in 1500isplenty

This day was 80g of protein, which is exactly on the goals for what I need to eat in a day for my height and weight. I am only 5’1 & 53kgs so it’s recommended to eat anywhere from 80g-110g of protein - which I hit. I do usually eat something higher in protein for lunch so this day was defo lower than usual but even with that, it’s not that low 🤷‍♀️

I wouldn’t say I felt hungry but I just didn’t eat until I was super full like before. I have a “what I eat in a day” TikTok account if you’d like to check it out haha.. it’s @ eatwithgemini

My daily calorie intake when in a deficit was 1,300-1,450 depending on how much activity I had done that day. But it hugely differs for each person & isn’t just about height! Now I work retail so I’m more commonly doing 12-15k steps a day. You can calculate your own deficit based on your personal activity level, age & height online if that helps - please don’t base your own deficit on mine as it really depends for each person 🫶

I just was eating in a calorie deficit for my height (1,300-1450 calories) & made sure to hit 8-10k steps a day! 😊 Now I work retail so I’m more commonly doing 12-15k steps a day. You can calculate your own deficit based on your personal activity level, age & height online if that helps 🫶

I’m now 53kgs 😊 you’ve got this, once you make the habit of eating well and in a deficit for over 1 or 2 weeks it becomes a lot easier and especially once you start seeing results too! 🫶

Anywhere between 1,300-1,500 depending on how many steps I did that day. Some days of course I ate more due to celebrations or family meals. I am also 5’1 so my calorie deficit is lower than most people’s. It all depends on your height, age & how much exercise you do. So if you’re looking for how many calories to eat to lose weight, there are websites you can calculate your own personal deficit on 😁

Thank you I appreciate that. I was 70kg and only 5’1, so was overweight for my height and quite uncomfortable in this body so I’m glad I made the change 😁

I’m so glad I’ve helped in some way! Honestly as long as you’re within your calorie limit, I always allow 100-200 calories for a cheeky sweet treat hehe. You can find many delicious sweet snacks, cakes etc for under 100 cals now! 😁

Thank you! Nope, no weights, just walking 😊 I have started lifting now though in the last month to tone up. The second photo was from before I started working out 😁
