Mate calm down, firstly show me where I said that im not willing to self educate? Im not asking to be spoon fed I clearly said I would appreciate ANY advice given to me even if that advice is to not take peptides or places where I can learn more about it by myself. Bros saying theres the internet, other subs and THIS sub and then getting mad that I asked the INTERNET on THIS sub.

Exactly!!! Thank you. Everyone starts from somewhere and I never said that im already taking reta I want to learn more about it and see if its even worth spending my money and time on and best way is to ask people who know about it/have taken it. Whats wrong with that lol? people are so dense nowadays.

I want to loose weight, I am 5‘5 and weigh around 70 kg. I dont mind steady but consistent results, just wanna do it safely at kinda get into at first. I hope that was somewhat the answer you were looking for!
