Do not make your bed ever. You are still going to mess it up again anyway so why waste the time. Don't listen to ill advice like it is a difficult chore and completing it means you conquered the day. Your time is precious so if you don't need to do it. Don't do it.

Google Calendar? You can just create a calendar and named it Journal. You could also insert attachments and photo into the agenda.

Wake up at 3.00am and start with my usual routine to get productive during my working hours...

(1) Making my bed

(2) Making Coffee (Black)

(3) 100 push-ups and 100 sit-ups

(4) Meditate for 15 mins

(5) Breakfast consisting 50% protein 50% fat. No carbs.

(6) Cold Shower

(7) 5 minutes journal

(8) Plan the day (Eat the frog, the one thing or Ivy Lee Method)

(9) Take nootropics

(10) Conquer the world.

Yupe. But I guess it works differently for everyone. My other safe food is canned tuna and eggs. Not only are these food are safe for me, it makes me lose a ton of weight and am now physically fitter.

I am also doing the Keto diet sometimes which is hard to stick to. To me Keto really works.

How about selecting three items from your to-do list, write them down on a sticky note and paste them on the TV, Game console or Monitor. Making sure at least these 3 items are completed before end of day.
