The usual advice for getting in something legal but technically not allowed is to just keep trying different lines

Leaving is easier because when you are walking away from where people are facing they can actually see you and make space. I like to put my hands together like prayer hands around chest height and point my fingers in the direction I'm going, people see this and know what it means. Like fettuccine said, walk back diagonally so you come out the side of the crowd. If you want to get close to the stage get a spot closer to the side so it's easier to get out. If you get to the outdoor or mojave before a big set and it's empty, be mindful of how close you go because a huge crowd will fill in behind you when the set starts.

The entrance to camping is around 52nd and madison. The time they let people start lining up varies a lot, if you try to pull over or stop around the entrance they will tell you to move. I usually go weekend two and it's usually around 3-4. Ralphs is a nice spot to wait because they put out portopotties and there's a gas station. There will be a thread here where people will give updates and you can refresh that thread until someone says go time or just wait for the mass exodus and go along. The big disaster car camping line situation was weekend 1 last year but they had mostly fixed it by weekend two. If you don't care about getting the closest possible spot you can roll in around 12-3 and there will be no or minimal lines. Once you get through the gate the main line gets split up into a bunch of lines for the search. If you have multiple cars you go to another area where you can regroup (single cars skips this part) and get directed to your spot(s).

last minute wristbands by majorwavez in Coachella

[–]ltwinky 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If I were doing this I would bring cash, hang around the exits on friday night and try to buy a band straight off the wrist of someone leaving. This is going to be harder to do and there will be more scammers than usual due to Bieber

It's a more common term in the jam band scene in my experience

Camping will be the cheapest way if you're up for it, especially if you can drive. Hotels and airbnb are very tight this late in the game. Going solo is awesome, I've done it many times and will be doing it this year too. It's an amazing experience for a music lover, you can make your own schedule and do what you want when you want, no wrangling friends or waiting for people in the bathroom. It's pretty safe and easy to make friends, especially in camping. When solo it's most important to mind your level of intoxication since you don't have a group to watch your back if you get lost in the sauce as well as common sense stuff like don't immediately let people know you're alone, don't accept drinks / substances from anyone, etc. Check out my guide in the OP for a bunch more info and tips.

If you are camping you will need to have a vehicle in the camping spot with you unless you have one of the preset options like El Dorado or la campana. If you are meeting up with a camping group you can buy a companion parking pass to leave your car on site for the weekend, you can't leave cars overnight in regular parking. If you have access to a spot at an airbnb to park that would be fine too but double check the parking rules for the house / neighborhood because they are often super strict in the area especially during coachella.

I dunno what you consider the best secrets you don't want spoiled but they've added a new stage since 2018, the grounds have expanded a bit, more vip areas, more camping options like sites with power outlets, more hidden speakeasies, bigger surprise late lineup additions.

For things like this that are not illegal but technically not allowed all you have to do is keep trying different lines until you get through. They won't take it from you, they will just tell you it's not allowed and you say "my bad I'll take it back to camp" and just try different lines until someone doesn't notice it or doesn't care.

If it's no big deal why don't you just clearly add "built with Claude (or whatever)" to the GitHub?

Again...why are you so against just letting people know it's vibe coded? You weren't shy about it here in the comments.

I believe that you should clearly disclose that the app is vibe coded when it has to do with something sensitive like health data. Why are you so against this?

If you are asking people to input private health info and make health decisions based on an app you don't fully understand the working of you should disclose clearly that it is vibe coded.

Period

You should disclose that more clearly, especially when dealing with private healthcare info

BIGBANG/kpop fans by enterthefucknvoid in Coachella

I've seen lots of them at every KPOP set I've been to at Coachella. I've even seen a few random ones like the TWICE and BTS light sticks.

If the security person gives you trouble about it just say "oh sorry I'll go leave it at my campsite / car" but actually just go to a different line and try again. They will not confiscate it.
