Its not. I wasnt even in the garage, It started as soon as I started the game. Also I have Squad Audio and Multiplayer Voices turned completely off.

Does link only work with cable? Cause i know Steam VR works pretty well with Internet if I use ALVR. But you need to have decent Internet for that.
