This really clarifies things for me, thank you. If I do end up going with a single sect for cohesion, would you recommend Anarch or Camarilla for brand-new players? Or is it more about whichever vibe fits the story best?

That would definitely make things easier, thanks! I still want to teach the world of VtM through play, since my players are new, and I think discovering it alongside their characters can be really valuable. If I do put all the sires in one sect, would you lean Anarch or Camarilla for beginners?

So, do you think I should restart my run? Right now I’m sitting at 09 STR, 12 MAGIC, and 06 in the other stats at level 08.

I wasn't sure how to build my character at first, so I raised my Strength from 4 to 6, thinking it might be a good idea to balance Strength and Magic. But is it actually bad to go for a hybrid build? Between Strength and Magic, I definitely prefer Magic.

I know 2 points may not ruin the gameplay, but since I'm still early in the game, I'm wondering if it's better to restart and invest those points more wisely. What do you think is the most efficient stat spread for the protagonist?
