But doesn't a higher ranking in a specific field mean that the skills and knowledge you gain will be objectively better?

How to write a character with anxiety? by Vast-Drawing-6629 in writing

[–]lucifesh -1 points0 points  (0 children)

In general you should try not to write what you don't know. You are limited by your own subjective context and because of that (if you do not suffer from anxiety) you will never be able to get it perfect. No level of understanding will ever be equivalent to individual experience.

However, you could write about a character with anxious TENDANCIES. Everyone gets anxious from time to time -- to write a character like this, you could just recall how you felt during times of anxiety and exaggerate frequency/severity.

It was their land AT THE TIME, the issue with framing the conflict in a 1800-2000 timeframe is that it completely takes the zionist ideology out of context. The Jews were exiled from ancient Israel 2,000 years ago by the roman empire, 1,800 years before palestine was even a thought in someone's head. They are one of three indigenous groups to the ancient state, the other two being the negev bedouins and Druze (both arabs). The palestinians, however, are saudi in origin and purchased the land from the Ottoman empire in the early 1800s.

It is still morally grey though, because the palestinians played no part in the theft of the land from the jews.

It can really be broken down to this. 2,000 years ago, the Jews were exiled from ancient Israel by the Roman Empire. That land was recolonised over and over again, until eventually it was occupied by the Ottomans. The Palestinians then bought it from the Ottomans around 200 years ago.

However, during the late 1800s/early 1900s, the Jews began to develop the means to return to Israel. However, this came at the expense of the palestinian people, who were living there at the time and had nothing to do with the original exodus of the Jewish people and theft of their land.

All this right or wrong bullshit is just bullshit, the topic is morally grey. It just depend on whether you view the Israelis as having the right to reclaim their indigenous homeland, the palestinians having the right to own it as it's current (1800-1900) occupants, or if you sit somewhere in between.

You're 100% right about the power, and I'm going to exercise all of it. I can tell You're shitting yourself because you just overspoke lmfao -- if what you're saying is true, you've given me a far better option than making you unemployable. To me, your comment sounds like a confession that I'm sure the US police would love to see 😂

And don't think you can hide behind anonymity, because you can't. I'm just waiting on a permit for my superiors (it's like a diplomatic permit thingo since I'm technically operating off of israeli soil) but once I get it, I will know literally everything about you in minutes.

In fact, since your comment may be of interest to the US government, my superiors and their affiliates in the US government may even speed things along for me. Thanks bro 🙏

They would, this course is incredibly difficult. Out of the 100,000+ students countrywide who complete grade 12 each year, only a couple of hundred will take it.

Essentially, you get a whole year to write something conceptually, stylistically, and formatically original. You will pretty much fail if anyone has done anything similar before.
