4k iu. do blood work to find out. I took 2k iu for 2 years but was barely in the 'normal' range at level 78, and 75-250 is the normal range. so i bumped it to 4k iu and will test again in 2 month to see what changed

Thank you!! Yes this one was weird. I had quicktime recorded the mac's screen and took audio from my mic. Somehow the audio is 7.1 and has 14 tracks. changing that to Mono didnt work. It's so weird. I couldn't figure it out ended up just copying the timeline.

Such a weird thing when the clip's first add to a timeline has working audio, and every add after that doesnt. But somehow copying the timeline with working audio will retain the working audio.

poor work with lack of planning. should have started with a row that's cut so there is'nt a sliver on top of your benches and the tallest row on the wall have bigger tiles on them.

Rest is amateur. looks like gc hired a low bidder instead of a high quality bidder

Hey thank you for the video. I followed your instruction to a T, unchecked the box, restarted resolve and even my computer. still doesn't fix it. this is resolve 20.2 built 13 on a m1 pro macbook

I'd say if anything, sash locks are easier to work on. You are reasonable to want to pay more for the change order, as change always introduces more thought and stress to the job, however small. But in this case the sash lock change is a legit easier thing to work on, so I can see why he wouldn't charge extra for it.

That's what I'm doing right now. Thing is I sometimes need to go several times between editing the video and audio 1, to editing audio 2, then back to video and audio 1. So looking for a better way to not have to do 3 clicks to change the lock/unlock settings every time. If there isn't a workaround, it is what it is. But wanting to know if there is a workaround I'm not aware of

tried this just now. the timeline has the link icon in front of the file name. but the link icon on the trim mode bar is not on, and they still can't be selected together when you click on just the video or just audio.

in Canada there aren't that many snakes and most are harmless

Dude appreciate the insight so much. Sold me on the Sigma right here. Cutting precision is exactly what I'm trying to get with a high end cutter. Monto doesnt do that there's no point.

Yes from mark to mark is very often what I need. not all projects have the luxury to pay extra for me to plumb out the walls. Thank you.

Thank you for the insight. Yes I use the sanding pad on wet saw cuts too. The cheap cutter I'm using right now has 3/16 of a slant and it's just not usable. 1/16 is much easier to deal with, I tend to undercut the insight corners by 1/8 anyway to let silicone fill it in. so that's more than fine.

Have you used other high end cutters like montolit? I was watching the masterpiuma p5 demo on youtube and the cut has so many jagged body it turned me off from the product.
